Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Coredynexa ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") located at Avenida de Andalucía, 10, 29007 Málaga, España.
1. Service Agreement
By engaging Coredynexa for infrastructure services, you agree to these Terms. All services are provided subject to availability and successful completion of our technical assessment process. Service delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
2. Scope of Services
Coredynexa provides network infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Coredynexa and the client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
- All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT
- Recurring services (monitoring, NOC) are billed monthly in advance
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Timely access to facilities, systems, and personnel as required
- Accurate technical specifications and network documentation
- Authorization for third-party vendor coordination when necessary
- A designated point of contact for project communications
5. Intellectual Property
All custom network designs, configurations, and documentation created by Coredynexa remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use deliverables for their internal operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Coredynexa's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Coredynexa may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or if continued service poses security risks. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, España.
Refund Policy

Coredynexa is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Project-Based Services
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of any advance payment minus a 5% administrative fee
- During Early Phase (0-25% complete): Refund of 75% of remaining balance
- During Mid Phase (26-75% complete): Refund of 50% of remaining balance
- During Final Phase (76-100% complete): No refund; full payment due upon completion
2. Recurring Services (Monitoring, NOC)
Monthly recurring services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund for the current billing period. Pre-paid annual subscriptions receive a pro-rata refund for unused months minus a 10% early termination fee.
3. Service Defects
If Coredynexa fails to deliver services as specified in the Service Agreement due to our negligence, we will either:
- Remedy the deficiency at no additional cost within 30 days
- Provide a full or partial refund proportional to the deficiency
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests to [email protected] with:
- Your name and company name
- Invoice number and date
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation if applicable
We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Services completed and accepted by the client
- Third-party hardware or software costs incurred on client's behalf
- Services terminated due to client breach of contract
- Force majeure events preventing service delivery
